1. Definitions

For the purposes of the general conditions of sale, the terms in this section shall have the meaning given to them below:

1.1. Pyrojoints: the company designated at the head of the terms

 

1.2. Customer: any person purchasing Pyrojoints products under these general conditions of sale, whether they are Professional or Consumer

 

1.3. Website: the website accessible at the following address: www.pyrojoints.net;

 

1.4. Price: Product price in Euros, VAT and any other applicable tax or contribution included, excluding delivery costs

 

1.5. Products: any item purchased from Pyrojoints via the Website.

 

 

2. SCOPE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "T&C") govern the sale of Products to Customers who have ordered from pyrojoints.net

Certain clauses of the T&C only concern distance sales, which will be clearly specified at the head of said clauses. When nothing is specified, the clause is applicable to all types of sale.

3. ORDER TERMS

Customers can order directly on the Website accessible at the following address www.pyrojoints.net or on other platforms on the Internet.

 

4. PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS

The prices of the products and the amount of the delivery costs are displayed on the website. Pyrojoints reserves the right to pass on the price of products any change in taxes, customs duties or any other contribution imposed by the authorities. The price applicable to the Customer will be the price displayed when placing the order. The amount of delivery costs includes all taxes and may vary depending on the amount of the order.

The Customer will be informed of the amount of the delivery costs which he will have to pay before he definitively places the order.

 

5. MEANS OF PAYMENT

Customers who order Products from Pyrojoints must pay before delivery of said Products. Pyrojoints accepts the following payment methods:

 

• Customers can make purchases from Pyrojoints by Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

• Customers can also make purchases on the Website using Paypal.

 

6. DELIVERY TERMS

6.1. When placing an order, Customers can choose between the delivery of their purchases or their collection by relay point, depending on the delivery option selected at the time of their purchase.

 

6.2. In the event of delivery, the Customer should receive the Products within three (3) to ten (10) calendar days following the placing of his order.

 

6.3. Pyrojoints will inform the Customer of the anticipated delivery date before he definitively places an order. Pyrojoints will inform the Customer of any delay in delivery by email to the email address provided by the Customer when ordering.

 

6.4. In the event that you are unable to receive your order, our delivery service provider will either make a second delivery attempt, or your package will be made available to you at the post office or the closest parcel point. close for a withdrawal as soon as possible. In the latter case, you will be informed by a message that the carrier will leave in your mailbox, which will indicate the date and place of the withdrawal.

 

7. TRANSFER OF RISKS

With regard to distance sales, the transfer of risks on Products passed from Pyrojoints to the Customer at the time of delivery of the Products to the Customer's address indicated when placing the order, or upon receipt at the post office or relay point, in accordance with the stipulations of article 6 above.

 

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFLECTION PERIOD

8.1. Legal right of withdrawal applicable to Consumers only, for distance sales.

You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract without having to invoke any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party, other than the carrier, and designated by you) have taken possession of the products. The withdrawal period is calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-19 of the Consumer Code.

8.2. You cannot benefit from this right of withdrawal for:

• Products which have been manufactured to your specifications or which are clearly personalized;

In addition to the exclusions indicated in article 8.2 above, you cannot exercise your contractual right of return for:

• a product that you have used or tested;

• a product that has been unsealed;

• a product that is not in its original packaging or, if still in its original packaging, which has been damaged or is incomplete.

To meet this withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us your withdrawal request before the withdrawal period has expired.

b) The products as well as any accessories supplied at the same time as the products must be returned accompanied by their invoice in their original packaging, without undue delay and at the latest within 7 days following the communication of the Customer's desire to retract. Returned products must not show any signs of use or wear.

8.4. Effects of the right of withdrawal. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, Pyrojoints will reimburse you for the Price of the Products, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which Pyrojoints is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw. In any event, Pyrojoints reserves the right to defer reimbursement until receipt of the Products by Pyrojoints. We will refund using the same means of payment as that used when ordering.

 

 

9. Force Majeure

Pyrojoints cannot be held liable if Pyrojoints is unable to temporarily or definitively perform its obligations under these T & Cs in the event that the impossibility for Pyrojoints to perform its obligations was caused by an event of force majeure. The concept of force majeure has the meaning given to it in article 1218 of the Civil Code. Any event which prevents the performance of its obligations by Pyrojoints, which is an event beyond the control of Pyrojoints, which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose effects cannot can be avoided by appropriate measures.

11. PERSONAL DATA

Pyrojoints treats the personal data of its customers confidentially and only use it for the understanding and delivery of the customer's order. No information concerning or coming from our customers is provided to a third party.

13. APPLICABLE LAW

These T&C (including their interpretation and any resulting disputes) are governed by French law.
